How many people here work a extremely physical job out in the elements everyday and as soon as they get home train eat and go to sleep?

I work in construction and I am constantly lifting and moving shit all day(hang drywall)

By the time I get home I muster up the energy to kill it in the gym and then nighty night and do it again

Can anyone relate?

There are plenty here who do just that. There are also those who may work very demanding careers that require 10 or 12+ hour shifts, night shifts, and so on.

Add on top of that those that have families, other businesses, etc. In addition to the mentioned career requirements.

Keep grinding away, we're all right there with you.

12 to 14 hrs a day 6 to 7 days a week. Hour drive 1 way home

12 hour overnight shifts 4-6 nights a week. Some nights are harder than others. I have a good routine worked out. Hit the gym 6 days a week. Train upon waking. Food prep on my day off. Every so often it catches up with me and I take a few days off and do absolutely nothing.

Awesome guys! Everyone post it up! This is motivating for those that don't feel as if they don't have the time or the energy to workout. Show them that we make time!

Same. I work 6PM-6AM and am also in college, but manage workouts + cardio about 6 days per week. I typically get home and fall asleep by 730AM. I try to be out of bed by 1-130pm daily. I get up, walk downstairs and do 25-40 minutes fasted cardio. After this I eat my first meal and pack everything for work and head off to the gym. I have enough time to fit in about 1:30 to 2:00 hours of weights before I leave for work.

For me, it's actually tough to skip a workout on a day that I have to work. Why? Because I know I will waste my time sleeping until 430PM if I don't get up and workout. My days that I work are pretty much the same day in and day out, but then again I am just a college student. I do not have a family to take care of so my priorities are different than others.

By the way, I work a desk job so my body is practically resting all day long. This is why I do cardio daily even in the offseason.

I'm sorry but if u thinking working hard is gonna get u somewhere, it won't. ... working smart will tho, it's a combo of both

I run a automotive shop, 65-70 hours a week, I feel your pain bro! A good friend always says to me that people will do what the actually WANT to do. If you put your mind to it you can accomplish anything!!!

I've had family in the restaurant business and it's very very demanding , but they own the place so it's not like they are just some staff member. Owning a restaurant is just a major pain in the butt especially when you first start one off . There's also always new food handling laws or regulations when it comes to the equipment that it keeps things challenging.

Sorry guys, I just have been injured and postinf

Ok now i feel like a jerk lol. I am a laborer(building wrecker), not easy sometimes. Making the gym is tough sometimes. always Could be worse though

He definitely worked hard to get banned...

Same schedule here. I am finding it difficult to get sleep tho. I'm constantly tired because I can't sleep past 10-11a on most days.(I got to be at 630-7a). I train 5 days a week but have no ambition because of no energy from being so damm tired! Anyone else have this issue ?
