Just curious if anyone encounters this during phases of heavy lifting.
It happens at about the 4-5 week mark and my forearms bones / wrists will ache really bad after doing my heavy sets. I'm going to back down and focus on lower weight and more reps for awhile, but any recommendations on supplements ?
