Where does "Ronnie was the Goat" come from?

I have always wondered this... where does calling someone "the goat" come from? what does it really mean?
Ronnie is always referred to as "the goat" and I always wondered where that came from and exactly what that reference means?

It comes from ancient mongolia, once a while, a very very low chance, when two mongolian breed sheep had sex, their baby would turn out to be a goat thatd grow golden wool...so saying Ronnie is the goat, means he is unique and rare... these goats who caused chaos among farmers so when Chingiz Khan took over, he destroyed that breed
