Sup fellas. Just a quick question. I was going to do a little halo run over the next three weeks. Plan on running 30mg Ed. 15mg split once morning once evening. What are your thoughts on the dosage and scheduling? Also can anyone tell me how much time is needed for it to kick in so I can use it a a pre workout in the morning?

I find it works best for me taken entirely an hour pre workout. You will notice effects within a few days. Only hormone to ever cause me to lose my temper at my significant other.

I just finished 3 weeks of it at 30 then 40 only thing I can say is get ready because you will become an ass hole you have no problem biting anyone's head off and even when you realize your are wrong you'll say fuck it I really dont care im still pissed it almost cost me my marriage if you think I'm bullshittin ask anyone else on this forum they will tell you

Good reason to only take it pre workout on days you need extra androgens.

In general, for ordinary male, it's more effective to run less than 40mg/ed for 4 weeks. For advanced male, two weeks could be extended during the using time, means for 6 weeks.

My experience is 30mg per day dosed three time per day at 10mg. For me it takes at least 4 weeks to yield visual results but at 6 weeks you will look like stone!

Holy Shit. Never took it before, just started 2 days ago bc I received some for free. Thinking maybe I only need to take it pre workout a few days a week... Been taking 20mg, 10 am 10 pre so far...

Halo is probably the only AAS I've never tried. Would you say 20-30mg pre workout will yield better gains than 25mg Adrol/25mg Dbol pre workout?

Or what about 20-30mg halo vs 750-1000mcg inject methyltrienolone

I agree with EVERYTHING that was said in the above replies about losing temper. However it's definitely worth taking. I ran it at same time 30 mins before workout. Good luck homey
