Thanks for all of the information and real world expierences guys, it's invaluable and why I love this place so much.
Obviously stable blood levels are optimal for results but in this case I think tossing and turning all night will hamper results just as much if not more. I was taking part of the dose at night close to bed time and now I'm doing half the dose in the morning, a quarter of it before my workout and a quarter of it after my workout assuming I'm not working out too late. I've definitely been sleeping a lot better and staying asleep, the tren was e so it couldn't have lost its effects so quickly and can't entirely point it to that. I'll keep experimenting with it, I love var so this will be beneficial for my next cycle. I'll report back!
