Who here is members of facebook group GeardUp? most advanced FB bb group

Its obviously not like here with all the advanced information and no holds barred discussions, but its more a facebook community. I wouldnt comsider it competition with this site AT ALL, but a social community for every day advanced bodybuilding.

Most of it is progress pictures, show results, comments, opinions,
interactions and just general fun for bodybuilding talk. The group has more high level amateurs and pro's than any other facebook group and even a weekly radio show.

Its private invite only, but if you facebook inbox me (phil viz) il send an invite request (owner has to approve).

It's a lot of fun. Pretty surreal talking to some of these guys.

My favorites are usually guys I'm not looking forward to at all. They wind up being the most interesting guests.

For some reason, Samir Bannout really got me fired up. The 80's and 90's competitors had such a better perspective on the sport, along with great personalities.
