I been helping this young man get ready for a show. Right here he is 12 weeks out. My plan is to get him leaner and show ready. Before anyone asks, I help Austin for free and do not do training for others. I mentor this young man along with a few others.

He looks good, complete, 12 weeks is plenty of time to take his physique to the next level of conditioning density and fullness.

Looks great, really no weak points. Any before pics you can show, kinda showcshowcase your skills. What's his diet look like?
 
Austin looks great overall, but what stands out the most to me is his arms... very impressive for being only 20... it's gonna be fun watching him mute into a lean beast!! :);)

I agree. Usually arms come with age.

He measure his arms in the off season and they were 20 inches. I can tell you I hate him for that. I am stuck with skinny arms. :p:D:p

Realize one thing, he had God given genetics before I helped him. All I am doing is refining what he has. I got him up to 255 pounds in off season. That was his heaviest and biggest he was. He was taking under 1/2 the gear under me for bulk up. I just knew he was over training and under eating. Once he cut down some training, applied more intensity and ate a lot more, he grew like crazy.

His current Diet is high protein, carbs slightly under what protein is and low fats. I basically took a gifted guy, plan his diet, training and gear in precise orders. I rarely let guys cheat on my Diets, unless you are ahead of schedule. I would say I have more management skills, then knowing something special. I also get to see him everyday to make small changes which helps tremendously.

He has lots of pictures. I will ask for some off season and last year's prep to compare to this year when he gets back from Lake Tahoe.

This seems like it's pretty common, over training. I see it all the time. Understanding how to train smarter can do wonders. (As you have demonstrated with him.)
