Hes a great bodybuilder, this is undeniable. I personally prefer the physique that Hide brings to the stage, his aesthetics blow my mind.

Very common for many 212 guys to use GoLytely which is used before
a colonoscopy to totally clean one's colon.

Good for a 6 pound dump.

Lol. I would imagine they'd feel like hell after that.

Had the good ol' colonscopy a little over a year ago. That shit cleans you out. I crapped my brains out for hours the day before the procedure. I was exhausted. Pooping can be quite draining haha.

more impressive IMO. it's a different density of muscle that is much harder to attain. apples and oranges and these days it's all oranges. the new kuwait muscle is looking more and more like apples lately tho

Well, I didn't want to say that because many seem to have forgotten the 90's, early 2000's.

I mean, Heath, Lewis, Kai and Ramy are all great, but Wheeler, Levrone, Priest, Ronnie and so many others were on a completely different level.

roelly has a great tricep, but have you ever seen this much detail in it? the muscle today just doesn't look hard, it's very full, very round, like in the pic of flex here, but very few have this detail.
