For those of you familiar with it, how common is DNP use among national level and pros?

I see some who seem to get in contest shape extremely quickly, like 4-5 weeks. I know some are gifted like that.

Curious for those in the know.

it's not as common as other diet drugs bUT is usually in precontest prep for the last 3 weeks and then cut out 1 week out... it's often taken at lower dose to make insulin work more effectively during the offseason though as it resensitizes the insulin receptors.

It is used alot not only by competitive athletes I see it being used alot by the average gym rat which I think is crazy. Risk outweighs the rewards most deffinately

I don't think it is very common; at least in my circles.

More common to see bikini girls on aas than competitors taking dnp.
 
I think it's stupid common, there are only 4 guys at my gym that compete, 3 use it and so does the desk guy who does powerlifting to make weight. And this is a small hole in the wall gym.
 
Most national level/pros/etc. probably don't get out of shape enough to need it. It's more useful for average gym rats with extra fat to lose. Then again, many say it's also useful to break a plateau when already lean so there are guys who take it then. In any case, why does it matter how many people use DNP?
 
I find that its very commonly used and i see more average americans using it then bodybuilders, physique, or other stage athletes.
 
Dnp actually helps reset your receptors that your ped's use . So my coach has me use for 2 weeks at a low dose then get off go keto then thrown in t3 then rebound and your gains are amazing.

I agree and I think these are the people who should be using it. Makes a lot more sense for an obese person to use it than someone in contest prep (even though there is a place for it in prep too if used correctly).
 
Based on the majority of opinions I've heard thrown around by "top guys" it is more commonly used nowadays among high level competitors for insulin sensitivity purposes rather than insane and rapid fat loss.

I see on the forums lots of newbies using it. I feel it is too dangerous and the risk ain't worth the reward imo. One thing I see alot is people rely on fat Loss drugs to loose the weight when all you need is to diet and exercise for the same or close to the same result. I count macros and u bet I could get leaner and tighter Than soneone on dnp that dosent know how to eat or properly train. BE safe guys

I beg to differ....

You can diet and train as hard as you want, you won't lose the same amount of fat as me using 500mg DNP for 2-3 weeks eating normal...

I've used DNP a handful of times and I've gone from a pudgy 196lbs at 5'8 to 170lbs visible 6 pack without flexing in 21 days on DNP 500mg and eating normal, I eat a lot of home food like rice, beans, chicken, fish, avocados etc... But if I wanted ice cream and pizza then I ate it.. That shit is no joke..

I agree man.

And I'm not someone who just likes to shortcut the hell out of things if I can manage. DNP is worth it minus the high dosages, those aren't worth it. 800mg has been my highest and it's too high to be worth the results. 400-600mg for me is the sweet spot where I can still function.

I've actually also gotten my "leanest" without DNP running a gram of tren with 75mcg t3 and albuterol/ECA switched every 2 weeks - but it was grueling 90 days of 45-1hr cardio daily, plus lifts. If you can safely get similar results from DNP whilst improving your insulin sensitivity greatly in a fraction of the time...why the fuck not?

All that being said, beginners are really scared of DNP and should be, especially if you are an idiot. If you are an idiot, DNP is not for you. If you know how to do research, it's safe, and super effective, and you don't need to take a fuck ton of it to see great results.

Or won't nearly as ripped as someone who does know how to diet and uses DNP in low doses 50-80mg/day(7-12days)...complete damage control/icing on the cake...bringing in a tight look
 
DNP supposedly upregulates Heatshock Proteins, some of which contain, maintain, and chaperone the androgen receptor. No citations...

Stress, makes sense.
