Hey guys in new to this site, but i have commented on some post. I have been lifting a few years. The first time to juice was in Afghanistan with the 82nd lol. Then i got out and trained but didnt care because of my ptsd. I got it semi in control but really got a hand on it when i started training 2 years ago. This is my ten week transformation from decent to show ready. I will say what im doing 100% of the way while being 100% honest. Im an open book ask whatever. I want to help is why im doing this. Yee i will be running hi amounts of well damn near everything. I just started back after 3 weeks of being off everything after my show i juat did 4 weeks ago. My phone was wiped yesterday so my starting pics will be from today. So lets do this guys. (If i look like shit to you be nice about telling me lol)
