Just thinking of all the old lifters and members on here I use to get knowledge from a few years ago when I joined. These dudes been in here for over a decade and I don't see as many anymore.. So if ur old school on here please post on this and let younger members pick ur brains! I remember of the top of my head "gunsmith" he was a cool dude. What happen to him?

Been here over a decade, but posted more at other forums to begin with.

This place is full of very knowledgable members, elite level bodybuilders, Pro's, MD's and helpful people.

Grew up (so to speak) on here, a lot has changed and a lot is still the same. It has been quite nice to see how many Pros have came up from here though, gives you some pride to know where they were getting their information from.

I use to talk to Gunsmith off board... the last i heard from him was about a year ago... he was doing a lot of international PMC work and was going thru some family issues... hope that brotha is ok

This put things in perspective... Been on here almost ten years now...Early 20's when I joined...I remember prior to that Mod'ing several other boards that have then since died. Old days of OLM and SSB that newbie nowdays would never had heard of. I feel old now. I haven't posted much since those days, there's a lot of guys with experience on this board and high volume of members, that most questions are answered days before I see them lol. Good site, one of the very few old school boards that have survived since ORD that shut down lots of good forums...happy to be here
