I have really enjoyed taking this supplement for a while now. It is in the flavored/enhanced BCAA's - I take from TN, and I add extra C-Malate to my powdered muscle BCAA shake which also I add creatine gluconate and Glutamine AKG. Now you mix all that up together into 40 0z water even with added MIO flavoring it tastes terrible.
For additional BP and CV benefits -I have recently been supplementing with 6 grams C-Malate in the morning after breakfast and after lunch and then again in the pre/intra monster shake. there is no powo shake during my cool down after the work out I eat a protein cookie

and then drink 50 grams of egg whites.
Now the benefits of the C-Malate I have found are
enormous pumps
reduced DOM
increased energy and reps
better recovery powo
others are reduced BP and of course cialis/viagra like reactions with out the side effects.
The only problem I usually have is the acidity of the supplement. I usually dose my am and pm drink with pomegranate juice with cherry juice concentrate and water but the acid really makes it difficult to get down.
The one positive effect I guess is that the acid in the stomach usually goes away pretty quickly.
How do you guys dose this stuff, any tips on how to buffer the acid or improve the taste?
