I bought a hydrogen water machine but it only puts out about .4 ppm of hydrogen. There is also tabs i bought that im adding to the already made water
to make more hydrogen. Its basically works good on inflammation .The japanese and chinese are all on this techology as promising.

You can make your own hydrogen water cheap. Worth a shot to try to make your own.

I think it works good for inflammation. I have always had a sore neck. This loosens it up fast.

The benefits will show fast if its going to help.

No real science behind it, just people trying to sell expensive machines like they do with those water alkalinizing machines. Just drink filtered water and if you want to make your water more special squeeze some lemon into it or add apple cider vinegar.

It was a joke. People are saying hydrogen water causes a gherlin spike- gherlin helps release gh. So i thought why bother with that, just straight up drink some mk677 which does both.

There is a machine at my gym. Hasn't made any noticeable difference in my life. YMMV.
