20 Mg dbol only preworkout on training days

Im currently running 500 mgs of test a week with 300 mgs of deca. The sponsor had a special so he threw in some dbol for free. I havent used orals in years. I thought I should take one 20 mg capsule only before training with my preworkout on training days. Should that help with a better pump and workout intensity if I dont use it on any non training days at all.

I'm short, yes it will help to a degree. Both with aggression/intensity during your training, and with recovery to a degree, as you'll be more anabolic during the training window.
 
I'm always surprised at how little is needed when dosed pre workout.

Even 5mg of dbol seems to be productive.

Tip I learned: Let that absorb under your tongue entirely.

50-100mg of Test Susp or TNE would probably give you less side effects and still give you a significant boost.
 
I remember last time I took Dbol I was constipated as hell.



Lol, can cause some stomach discomfort. Absolutely normal to run as a preworkout. Just will never obtain steady blood levels

Never heard of 5mg being productive before but only u know your body. Are you thinking of cheque drops?

About to start 40mg tbol pre workout only off Season. Dose per half life pre contest is what I do.

We know that dosing them per half life is probably more effective at building muscle long term. But if we can run them once a day (pre workout, workout days only) and avoid some of the heath sides that come with it by having them active for only the workout window to improve the workout and recovery around that window im all for it. I'd still limit it to 4-5 wk runs only though. Have seen big Dave smith and Scott S talk about this.

I love 20mb dbol preworkout. Great pumps, increases strength a bit (for me), minimal / no sides (bloat, estro, etc).

Injectable Dbol too me is much more potent that the oral. Take it about an hour preworkout and it almost guarantees back pumps lol

I have not, but I looooooooooove some TNE preworkout (just 50mg for me) so I'd say...

Me too I love tne but the problem that it aromatize fast cuz it's strong and when I add letrozole 0.45 mg per day I get dry joints I always can't make the balance but for the strength that tne gives its sooo good

Hmm now you got me thinking...50mg TNE/25mg inject dbol pre training on my weak body part days (legs). Hmmmm...
