Im about to start a cycle of 100mg test prop/ 100mg mast/ 100mg tren ace eod and 50mg winstrol ed. I have some 20mg aromasin. Would it be wise to add it in and if so how much?

Well....bloodwork is really gonna determine this. But a decent starting point might be half a tab 3x a week

Everyone is different and testosterone aromatizes at different rates in different people. I'd say it's probably going to be beneficial in most people.

I'm on about 400 test a week and I don't need any ai. Run without and in a month go get blood work. Then the next month go and get blood work again.

I don't like using shit if I don't need it. I've killed estrogen way to many times

You'd be better off starting a small amount of AI. Get bloodwork done and go from there. No one can give you proper amounts, everyone is different.

With that dry of a cycle you may or may not need it but with the compounds your choosing I'm guessing your going for that dry look you realise the aromisin is going too have an aesthetic benefit there.

Agree with all of the guys posting if you have the experience to feel it out the go with that other wise if you have your base blood work done and you know where you should be get the test and adjust accordingly. Aromasin if its good only has a half life of 12hrs give or take, i time mines about 3-4 days after i pin test, base on research i found.but i get bloods done about every 10-12 weeks to make sure i am in line i only take aromasin as need and 10mg of nolva the rest of the week

If you are in tune with your body and have experience it's very easy to know where your estro levels are based on you mood, libido, water retention. Starting out bloods can help but who the hells gonna get bloods all the damn time when changing test dosages and compounds. Where I live that costs a lot of money, not practical at all.
