What does everyone take for organ health?

A pro recommended liver+ and heart+ by Project AD and kidney stuff.

Has anyone ever used these products if so did you notice any changes in blood work or is there anything else you would recommend?

Not sure about specific organ health supps, but I take inj Curcumin, Resveratrol, and Glutathione. I believe those all benefit major Organs is some way or another.

A few that would be good for you and overlap in many ways as they carry many benefits would include:

Synthergine (liver, stress, cortisol etc)
Ubiquinol (heart, blood pressure, anti-oxidant etc)
Garlic (heart, cholesterol, blood pressure, immune system etc)
Artichoke (liver and choletserol metabolism, inflammation etc)
Burdock Root (blood purifier, skin, immune system etc).
Fish/Krill Oil (heart, cholesterol, skin, eyes... everything).
Multi-Vitamin (cover all bases)

Drinks lots of water.

saw palmetto
cayenne pepper
vitamin D3
Zinc magnesium
blood pressure in check is my number one goal
once that gets out of control all hell breaks loose in your body
I monitor it weekly to make sure it does not get too high

injectable like Synthetine. I use it year round.

Obviously I take health supps year round but when I cruise (like right now) i really blast a good form of circumin, CoQ10 and krill oil. Those are my big 3.
If I am taking those consistently and doing some form of cardio, my bloodwork is usually A-OK.

Warlock. I am using only 1g EOD IV. It is enough for me. It has very high bio-availability. But I know ppl to take waaaay more.

TAD is pharmaceutical Gluthatione, one of the strongest antioxidants known to men. Great stuff indeed.
