Target IGF-1 Level with HGH

What's a desirable range for IGF-1 levels while on hgh? I got blood work done and mine was at 415 ng/ml. I'm on 3ius of hgh daily. I'm also 28 so my natural levels should still be moderately high. I'm trying to decide whether to bump up my dosage to 4 or 5 ius of hgh daily. I'm solely using it for injury recovery. But would not mind some muscle growth as well.
 
The human body produces 1-1.5 ius over many pulses throughout the day naturally.

Anything above that is basically going to mean supraphysiological (individual physiology varies obviously).

3-4 ius is SUPRA-physiological, and will aid in building muscle (putting you in that 300-400 range for IGF).

Obviously the more you run, the more of an effect it will have on fatloss and building muscle, and the more side effects it will have too. More effect on insulin sensitivity, more fluid retention, more consequences on the heart, and blood pressure as well.
 
Thanks for the replies. I'll probably stick with 3iu daily for the duration of my cycle.
