contest prep - heavy orals - protection?

I am a few weeks out and on a few orals of course... win,halo,drol,proviron

Using 500mg tudca
1200 NAC
700 milk thistle.

I take my tudca 3 hours apart from my orals.

Should I up the NAC or Tudca?

Havent got since beginning of prep.

I just grabbed more synthergine myself, but there's no stopping the effects its going to have on your bloods.

No doubt your liver's taking a beating but it's refreshing to see you're taking steps to minimize the damage. Maybe I'd add in alpha lipoic acid but besides that everything looks good. Just be sure to take a break from the orals post contest and you should be fine. Not sure if I missed it but I can't believe someone hasn't mentioned synthetek's liver aid.

I am going to use them next prep... Ive used synthetek for awhile just never tried the liver aid.

I take Purus Labs Organ Shield. It works great for me, especially during contest prep. Labs were all in range while taking prep dose orals.

A few years back, I was on a Long Harsh Cycle.
I was taking Milk Thistle and Liv-52-DS.
My AST and AST were over Double the Upper Parameters of the Bloodtest Reference Range.
I switched over to 500 Mg of Tudca and 1,800 Mg of NAC.
Redid the Bloodwork 28 Days later.
Both my AST and ALT were back down in the Middle of the Reference Range............ JP
P.S.
So I would bump-up the NAC by 600 Mg.
Tudca Dose is fine.

When ALT/AST came back within normal range you were still running the same doses of orals?

Synthergine and Liv52 DS are my go to when on orals. Have had my values in range while using orals using this combo.
