Samick Sage for a first bow purchase?

To start, I'm a total ignoramus concerning anything having to do with archery.
That said, I'm feeling a bit stagnate lately in my hobby free time and was thinking about taking up target shooting for fun.
Did some reading and came up with this bow for a low cost intro piece for those wanting to get started.
Any of you more inclined individuals have some pro and cons?

If it matters, I have shoulder issues so I was thinking no matter what kind of bow, I'd start on a low draw weight to perfect posture and form. Say, 25-30lb? From my understanding, break down bows give you the ability to purchase new parts to increase draw weight as your form improves?

I bought my son his first "real" bow this year and went with the Diamond SB-1 , it has a HUGE draw length and draw weight adjustment from 10-70 pounds so there is plenty room to grow.
It does shoot 300+fps with IBO arrows (5g arrow.weight per pound of draw weight which is plenty fast enough and has enough energy to hunt with at 40lb draw weight.
Best of all it's only about $400
