Hi guys,
I'm new here so uhm hi
I'm currently bulking and have a good 6 weeks left. I'm currently on 4600 caloriees a day(290 pro, 575 carb, 130 fat) and using 750 test e with it.
After that, ill do my best to maintain size and strenght for 8 to 10 weeks with a cruise of 150mg test e pw and 10mg mk.
After the cruise I want to try and recomp. Usually I only do full blown bulk or cuts.
How would you guys approach a recomp phase? Diet, cardio and drug wise
