What do you mean when you say "backpump"?
For some its low-back tightness, for others its not being able to deadlift more than 2 sets or squat more than one heavy set without having to lie on the floor and put your feet up for 5 minutes. How bad does it affect you?
I would say its in the middle. I was able to deadlift 3x5 of 4O5 but then i was done and had to sit and stretch and had trouble doing other exercises. I also upped the test last week but i guess got kinda nervous about it being BD and possibly not being what it says it is.
Never heard of that from Var, but D-bol gives me major pumps, not just in my back...I've tried chewing gum on D-bol and I literally have to massage my jaw before I can fit a straw in there. I've found that backing down on the dose not only stopped severe sides, the benefits started to outweigh the sides as well.
I tried to go running today and it was pretty bad, before I lower the dose, on 60mg now, what supplements can I take to help reduce them. I know potassium, but how much and anything else I should try? thanks
