Branden Ray - In the Trenches with MD

Muscular Development was in Maryland yesterday to film Branden Ray for their In the Trenches videos. Branden took second at the USA's last year in the Light-Heavies, and is a favorite to win this year.

Lucian and Doubler1964 were both there for the filming (I'm so jealous!), and said it was a fun experience. Check out Lucian's blog about it.

hey guys,
thank you mo for posting this. well branden leaves in the morning for vegas. at 200lb he will be a light heavy after he drops his water. he is a friggin freak!!! he is a great guy and we have a lota fun at the gym. we look forward to him comming home an ifbb pro. robbie durand was such a cool guy, and had a lota psoitive things to say. i gotta tell ya guys, lately its been crazy with all thats going on in our area. there is a whole buncha good people and its a grea time every day. rick, carlos, linda, ritchie, jimmy, dbow, levrone, dave groce, annie, nat, will, and soon mo chuisle will join our crew. ( cant wait till you get here hunny.) things are going well for all of us, and we are having a ball. we are all doing shows this year, and all beating our previous bests! and being bigger, and being stronger.
