whats the average amount of hours of cardio you do a day when on keto
 
depends at the beginning of the diet I start with 45 minutes.
11 weeks in I'm currently doing 2 - 1 hour sessions a day.

Cardio is not a constant throughout a cutting diet.
 
i was 227 with 20 percent bodyfat ht 5 feet 8 inches

i started with two sessions a day 20mins each... thereafter i increased 5 mins each session each week untill i reached 60mins/session twice daily....

this brought me to 197 at 8 percent body fat in 12 weeks........thats my story...
and then i happly lived after........

I'm looking to hit the same numbers 20 -> 8 but it's going to take me the full 16 weeks.

i started keto diet after my long layoff (10 weeks) from the gym due to my injury....
diet was 1.5 x 200 = 300 grams of protien
0.5 x 200 = 100 grams of fat..... not exactly the dave palumbo outlined meal plan..... my diet contained more shakes with evo.... only around 2 solid meals....

fat burners clenbutrol : 40 mcg/ daily increased 20mcg every one or two weeks
untill 120mcg/daily

cytomel : 25mcg / daily increased 25mcg every two weeks untill i reached 100mcg/daily

at around 7th or 8th week i started doing 2pro/vegge days + 2pro/fat days .......
 
Dr, 2 questions:

1. What kind of cardio did you do? (ie: Mode, heart rate, etc)
2. What were your cheat meals like?

low intensity cardio
cheat meals were bread, pasta, rice (no protien)....
never actually measured my heart rate but i guess it must have been slightly elevated may be 100 to 110 or something.... as i used to go out for a walk..once i used to leave my house.... i used to walk for say 20 mins and then return back in 20 mins(if i had to do 40mins session)

30mins at the least and 60mins at the most. I make sure to only do LISS cardio when on keto diet.
 
None! I hate cardio and I refuse to do it, unless it's recreational like hiking, moutainbiking, rockhopping, etc.. If I wanna drop bodyfat it's all about diet.
 
60-90 mins a day right now...4 weeks out.

45 miss LISS in the morning then 20-30 PWO. fat is still comin off

I do 60 minutes 6 days per week keto or not. Clears my head and my blood-stream. I put some good music on and basically meditate on my goals both short and long term. It's an opportunity to get focuesd each day.
 
There is no straight answer to this question. It depends alot of various factors...body type, amount of fat....etc.

For me, I can will do 40 minutes 3-4 times a week on a keto diet.
 
I did 12 weeks of keto about this time last year. I lost 47lb, so about 4lbs a week. My strength went up the entire time, so no muscle loss.

I was doing DC training M,W and F.

Cardio was one hour a day, 6 days a week. 110-125 bpm

Right thats it...i do 30-40mins daily...not for a show but i am dieting..so now after reading all the above im going to do more, lol..:D
