Yoke walks yesterday 10 F. Today bench, pullups heated gym to around 30 F. It's going to be a LONG winter. I really didn't get cold doing the yoke, but I was cold today...

i train in a single car width garage. brick built no heating.

2 car garage no heat. It sucks ass holding onto that bar when its cold out. Doesnt stop us from training though.

I train in my home gym here in Baja. Don't need heat or A/C. It's a little over 1000 sq ft

Hey Tough old Man, you basically get San Diego weather right? Yea Im freezing my ass off in the 'Valley of the Sun' hahahaha! I used to live where it was cold and training in it would have to suck...

No heat in the 2 car garage portion of my gym. That's were my two leg press, hack squat, standing calf and seated calf machines are. The other half of my gym is in the house and has heat.
