Why do some gh cause more water rentetion than others. Ive used many brands in the last 4 years and here's my experience. Jiintropin, Elitropin and Nd Blues minimal water retention. Rips and Hyges severe water retention. Some say the better quality the gh the more you hold water with more sides. I doubt this because the first 3 I mentioned were very good quality IMO. Also the rips and hyges were great to but with much more water. Btw my sodium intake is always around 1000mgs a day with a very strict diet and 1-1.5 gallons of h20 a day.

I experanced the same with Nutropin. I switch to Sizen and te problem went away
 
I've used Humatrope by lilly and Jintropin. I experienced major water retention on the humatrope. It was also much stronger than the jin. I would say 5ius of the Jin felt like 2ius of the Humatrope.

The obvious answer i would think would be potency.

That low of a sodium intake is not healthy for an active person.

That's probably why my foot is always cramping up when I sleep. Potassium intake is fine so it has to be the low sodium. Thanks for the tip brother
 
The important factor is proper sodium to potassium balance, the body can get by with 500mg of sodium per day, I believe What Kaladryn is referring to is 1000mg for an active person means you'll lose most your stores fairly quick through excretion, so I would say 1500-2000 mg with 3 to 4 times that amount in potassium should be sufficient, something else to keep in mind is Aldosterone levels if high due to lack of water intake will cause you to retain water, thus in return lowering potassium. ,For some not all.

If You sweat a lot it wouldn't hurt to bump your NA up a few more hundred mgs
I would also try to get your NA through iodine enriched salt or making sure your multi has 150mcg in it, which is standard for most multis, if I remember right T3 reduces the effect of GH, I know iodine helps on thyroid function, just don't know the conversion of iodine if its T3 or T4? Something I should look into.

How much sodium should I aim for.

Jintropin & hyge gave me the most water bloat.

man these rips by far for me is major water retention running 5 ius i stopped for a week lost like 12pounds then started back up gained it back in 2 days
