I take 2g with each meal 6 times a day , 12g a day total
The real question is, how much omega 3 do you take per day?
Some fish oil caps are only %20 omega 3.
To answer my own question, I take 2000mg of EPA/DHA daily. Also eat a lot of omega 3 eggs and grass fed beef and cheese.
Also, you need to decrease your intake of Omega 6 (does all the bad stuff opposite of what omega 3 does). Decrease intake of vegetable oils, grain fed beef and dairy.
