How often do you use liver protectant supps?

I use a liver supp daily (LiverCare) and an additonal supp (Silymarin) plus higher dosages when using gear. What about everyone else? What is your typical liver protectant protocol?

I like to use Anabolic Innovations' Cycle Support while on an oral cycle, along with some extra milk thistle and fish oil (its cheap at Wal-Mart so why not?)

Year round I take ADAM Superior multi men's and their Super-antioxidants, the latter of which is also a good mild cycle support of sorts with all the goodies in it.

SYNTHERGINE

I Wake up and draw out 2cc's. Squirt it into a glass of water and chug it down with my caffeine, etc. Then I workout (either cardio or weights) then I usually drink protein and have some fruit or walnuts. At the end of the day I will take another dose depending on "other factors".

Only if I take an oral AS on a particular cycle I will use some liver protectors.
On injectable only cycles I tend to slack and not bother.

I hear it can negatively effect the effectiveness of orals, and a lot of guys agree with this from personal experience. So I run it in between oral cycles.

Same here. I use CTD Labs Liver Armor which has milk thistle, ALA, NAC, and the same things found in LIV 52.

Synthergine for the last five years. This supplement literally brought my liver values back to normal. I consider myself lucky I had the courage to try it when I was bombarded by friends with different other choices. I’m using it regularly and all good since.
