How soon after Arimidex dose to check E2 level?

If someone is on a cycle and taking Armidex to keep Estrogen in check. At how many days past the last Arimidex administration should the person wait before checking E2?

How long does Arimidex take to work in the first place? Does E2 go right down immediately after taking adex or does it take a while?

Well E2 has a halflife of 13 hours, and adex has a halflife of 24 hours in males. Adex peak concentrations will happen after around 4-5 days so I'd wait around a week, although half that would probably be very close to the same.

My friend who owns another BBing board took Adex when he was
getting signs of gyno and it went away fast.

It should bring E down very fast but yeah wait the week like
other guy said
