Trying to help a bro out in the gym.. Im not gyno prone, and welcome the water so ive never had the use for an AI.. But he's about to start the typical B&B cycle... test/deca/dbol, and he tells me he is gyno prone. (didnt get an explanation on that as it was through text) What AI do you guys reccomend to run throughout the cycle to keep away unwanted sides.

My preferred AI is aromasin/exemestane @ 12.5mg/day (bump to 25mg if estro sides occur)

a-dex is supposedly pretty good too, but ive never tried it...

I have also done letro at 1.25mg e3d which stopped my nipples from being sensitive...but i prefer exemestane over letro

Adex at 0.5 EOD is great, even less will probably get the job done, you don't need much. It's a little weaker than Aromasin so I find it easier to gauge by how I feel. It's very easy to totally crush all Estrogen with Aromasin and kill your libido and dry out joints. If he starts to notice Estrogen sides later in the cycle he can bump it up to 0.5 ED.

The issue i find with adex is that horrible rebound, kind of defeats the purpose...

I personally like the Aromasin better thant he Adex....both work for me, Aromasin just seemed to work better at a lower dose.

Adex is more of a blocker. Its gonna put the estrogen back into circulation, so you get a huge surge/rebound effect when you come off. Aromasin will actually destroy the estrogen so you wont get any rebound type effect when you come off. You do need some estro though. so only use needed amount. i do well with 12.5mg eod.

Aromasin is the better choice, due to positive effects on blood lipids as well as libido. 12.5mg eod is usually enough for me, but it depends on the dosages being used in the cycle.

I agree with this, unless you are doing under 500mg or so, in which case I'd cut the dose in half. In males aromasin produces peak estradiol suppression after about 12 hours, so dose it at least daily, if not 2x daily.

i disagree aromasin at 25mg ed blocks 85%(give or take) adex at 1mg 80% both are good when properly dosed but letro is a fucking killer i dry up at .5 mg ed and it crushes libidio stay away from letro its to strong to dose properly and get estro at a safe range, asin has no estro rebound when u get off it all other ai's do, as far as dosing asin at 12.5 eod or ed go by feel if he's gaining weight to quick its water from high estrogen, gains need to come steady and constient walking around the gym thinking u look big cause ur carring 20lbs of water and u have no definition to ur muscles makes u look like an idiot imo

I dont think you can go wrong with ARIMIDEX,,AROMASIN,,LETROZOLE any of those. The key is correct dosages,,start low. If your friend has already had gyno or is gyno prone,,,I like LETRO.
