12.5-25mcg T3 while bulking??

Have heard this is great with bulking as it keeps you lean and will help you use more of the food you eat better. also have heard the pumps are very good while using it.

at this low of a dose it should not have any effect on muscle loss, i am also eating 5300 cals a day.


any body use T3 while bulking at 12.5-25mcg a day???
 
12.5 would probably be your best dose, t3 works great as a protien metabilizer and will definetly help with gains
 
What about excess fat? At 12.5 will that keep you lean while bulking?
 
Indeed, regardless of bro science opinions, it should only help with gains. The more the better obviously.

Keeping you lean is a merely a matter of total kcals. If you boost T3 and follow that up with an equal energy intake than the one you burn extra by boosting T3 (if there were some way to figure that out exactly), you would gain just as much fat.

Would 25mcg be the highest dose you would take while mass building so not to lose muscle mass.
 
I think t3 would be ok for a person with a under active thyroid not necessarily for a person with a good metabolism..

A person thats a hard gainer and has a high metabolism would i think suffer from adding t3 to a bulker as he burns threw so many cals already!

jm2c but i'm no expert on t3...

12.5mcg-25mcg would be fine in a high calorie bulking diet but I agree its not best for everyone especially the hard gainer.

Im on 12.5mcg currently, and I am bulking on about 6000 cals/day. Its great...keeps my lean, keep me hungry, and it also decreases bloating. Big A is also a strong advocate of using low dose t3 while bulking. Try it out...its cheap enough.
 
The bottom line dealing with all of this is, aas make you grow. More aas make you grow more. T3 makes you burn fat. More T3 makes you burn more fat.

How much of anything should you take?
Depends on how much risk you want to take and how much you can take before the sides make the extra gains not worth it.

The most interesting thing about steroids is that each person reacts so differently to not only aas, but even to specific aas that no one can give you more than the most general information anyway.

The only way to know what works for you is to try it. No one can tell you what drug, what amount, what period of time, or how much you are going to gain.

isn't 25mcg basically an HRT dose? wouldn't you have to go higher in order to actually have more T3 in your system then you'd otherwise produce?

and while we're at it, why not use clen during bulking? it allegedly has anabolic effects as well.

6000 cals? Are you sure you are consuming so much? Have you calculated exactly or just estimated?
 
i use even less than that- 6.25mcg/day and it is a nice little boost, helps when running growth. i also find that it is really easy to go on and off of it with minimal tapering. it's a pain in the ass because i have to crush the pill and cut it into 4 lines... and i'm sure my dose isn't exact but the results and lack of negative side effects are worth it.

well, i don't really bulk... i just eat when hungry. i would definitely say i am leaner when on it than off. i probably drop a % or two. and, like others said, it has other beneficial effects, especially when using hgh. i tried 12.5, 25, and ultimately settled at 6.25 as that got me the results i want without any noticable sides.

i also take pharm grade T3 (cynomel) which i feel is much more reliably dosed than the research stuff.
 
I am doing 50min of cardo 4 times a week and stay about 15% bf. I want to get to 10-12% with T3 at 12.5-25. Is this possible?

i think your going to have to do more then just some cardio and a little t3 to drop 5 percent bf. have to lower the carbs from 750 would be a start
