I'm starting this thread in hopes of getting a little discussion going..
From personal experience and/or scientific studies, what have you found to be an acceptable amount of fat to eat with carbs that will not cause excessive fat gain?
Some people say don't eat carbs with fats, some people say you can eat up to 15g fats with carbs, some people eat unlimited amounts of fats with carbs.
I'm not strictly referring to synthetic insulin either, i'm referring to the hormone in general.
