i just happen to notice this has anyone tried buying them yet in a pharm?
was wondering how the max sell is 10 ringes, but does that account in a day or what cant you go to another pharm and get more, if so is there a point to max sell, just a deterrence to use less? so is this for reg sryinges and insulin ringes? do they keep your face on camera or any type of documenting of sell? so can you technically have less then 10 syringes in your can home public w/out catching any charges or is there just a limit on poss not sell? if any of yall ahve any good links to more info on the new law post it brothas

Absolutely a great law to finally pass! The people should make the choice not the govt. Not to get to political but how could you not like him? That guy puts it to the folks like it should be. STRAIGHT, no bullshit like all the other idiot politicians out there. I am glad NJ finally brought back a republican gov. Now, back to lifting.....

IMO this will only create an adverse effect on hiv..if there is a limited access to clean new syringes..guess you'll just have to use the old ones..

How is allowing people to buy 10 pins without a script a step backwards from previously not allowing them to buy any?

Clean pins will mean less hiv, not more...

Access to clean needles has been proven over and over again to reduce the spread of blood born illnesses. Politics aside this is good policy based on overwhelming evidence.

I ran out of slin pins the other day. Tried to get them here in florida and i was told i need a prescription for any kind of syringes. Its retarded because junkies will now share and reuse pins. That spreads so many more diseases. Thank god for online websites that sell pins.

its about time, for awhile there were grey area needle exchanges where you got a card and LE was supposed to not hassle you if all you had were pins (this is pretty much for rec users and to keep spread of disease as NJ has one of the highest rates of disease spread by the sharing of IV needles for rec drug purposes)....

sad its taken this long when the law has been in effect for ages across the river in ny, and how even if you did go to a needle exchange in NJ, until now an overzeaalous cop could bust you walking to your car for possession of paraphenalia.... its about time.

while im not gay i have many friends who are and the gay community took the shithole that was asbury park and made it a inhabitable summer retreat and alternative for fire island hamptons or if you dont feel like going to sleezside heights and getting arrested because your bigger than one of the cops, or get arrested for fighting when a group of people jumps you and you get arrested along with them because thats how they do things even if you didnt get a chance to defend yourself, nevermind the fact your not allowed to since you'll be arrested and charged regardless if your assailant ran up to you out of nowhere with a bat swung missed and you decked him... you still better run cuz they'll arrest you for that there.

and even after transforming one of the worst most dangerous drug infested violence ridden towns in NJ, christie hasn't supported gay rights one bit... not that he's obliged to in any way but I hope he at least eventually acknowledges the service they did in transforming asbury park into a summer resort type area that is gay friendly and all the money that was poured into that dying town.

Exactly! Plus, I am a teacher in NJ and under the guise of "improving" education in my state he has done more to set it back than any governor in the last 20 years. He talks about how poor our schools perform when in reality NJ has one of the most effective public education systems in the nation.

ah, another brother of iron and education. I teach in Paterson, a state run "at risk" school- every 2 years they "change" things, never giving one method a chance to stick, then blame us. "A fish rots from the head" is my philosophy, the NJ Fish has a big, fat head right now... 1 more year and hes out. thank god. Straight shooter, my ass. hes just a louder liar.

ANYWAY - I feel bad straying off the topic - easily accessible syringes are a step in the right direction for NJ, as is medical marijuana (which is slowly getting to where it should be) but damn, if he cant make a buck he drags his fat feet to get things started.

I have to agree with you there. Now if he would pass a law that would allow us to get our own blood work done whenever we want.
