controlling estrogen on dbol , and or deca

I have used dbol pink thais in the past while the gains were spectacular the estrogen related sides where far too much for me,, Im assuming this is because of the short duration lifespan of the hormone has anyone dosed dbol every 4 hours hours? If so how was the effect was it easier to control estrogen?

Same thing for deca I Found the best way to control estrogen was with a front load followed by smaller daily doses instead of the 1 weekly injections....

anyone have similar experience output, or insight on there protocols that worked in terms of reducing estrogen from these hormones

The best thing to do is use an anti-estrogen. Nolvadex works best for me

Dbol converts estro rapidly, that's just what it does. Use an AI with it. Deca does not aromatize estro. It increases prolactin which can have similar sides to estro but need to be treated with a dopamine agonist.

Also if you keep estro under control, prolactin tends to not be such an issue.

Nolva is fine for preventing gyno, especially with something like t suspension, TNE, or even dbol, but it does nothing to reduce estro, so again you need an AI. Aromisin would be my top choice.

Caber in pill or cap form for 19nors even just as a preventative measure is fine.

It's difficult to control sides when you don't understand what you are using. Just like when people say deca/dbol/drol WILL make you bloated. Yes they can, but they don't have to. The orals will add some water weight but it can be controlled and you can cut using the compounds. Diet and training are the top two reasons for the results/sides you have.

Although I will say it seems some people are genetically predisposed to bloating from those compounds, and higher bf or a person who easily adds bf typically have a higher number of Aromatase enzymes, not always but typical.
