Hey Guys,

Some of you remember me some may not, I used to be very active on the board but got called up to active duty, My unit was stationed in Japan, Then Afganistan and now im finally home.

Im a puny chubby punk these days, very depressing to say the least. Spoke to My CO and he said if you want to get back on and grow you have my blessing, so im getting ready for a small one, God the Board Looks, great, Climates changed alot here. Just want to say hello, and God Bless.

Back to the Mortgage/Real estate industry for me.

Thanks for welcoming me back, Im really excited to get Back "ON", already got something in the works, I miss hitting the weights, being sore, pounding shakes, getting stronger, having a six pack. Im almost dreading going back to the gym because it has been awhile, im smaller, and I hate the where have you beens.

I understand you doing what you had to do, but man I know a large group of guys in the same business that just made a ton of money while you were over there. Maybe you can still capitalize on the end of it and have a good spring.

The Mortage industry is the biggest scam ever, if you are ever going to buy a house please shoot me an email so I can go over your deal. The number one guy at my office averages 4 points per loan, so to break it down.

IN my area the average home sells for 350,000k, a point is 1% of the loan,

So on this deal he is getting 3500 X 4, or 14000$, then he gives my boss 40% of that and walks away. He rips people off night and day, acts like he is their friend then when they go talk shop to their friends the realize they got taken.

Luckily my brother and mother are agents and I can take their business, but like I said I dont need or want any business but please bros before you buy a house, shoot me an email, it could save you Thousands.
