As far as whole food protein sources red meat and seafood are my two 'go-to' food groups. I get tired of eggs, don't really care for chicken most of the time. I just can never get tired of red meat, it's so versatile: steak, roast, jerky, and the endless things you can do with ground beef. If it's organic, grass-fed beef, I see no problem. I say the more the merrier.
 
As a rule no. Only because in the UK Red meat might as well be bars of fucking gold for what they cost. I'd eat steak every day if I could afford it. As it is I buy eggs and chicken breast in bulk for my protein needs

Every chance I get. Just ate two double whoppers. Idk if u can count that as red meat. Mostly fillers prolly, but I was hungry. Lol.

Minimum 16 ounces a day , generaly 24 or so split into 2-3 meals with other meats
 
Never. Unless it's grass fed or I'm out with friends and there's no other choice.

I'm against it for humane purposes.

12-24 eggs a day is how I grow. Throw in tons of milk during Nov-March. I don't like carrying around that bloat from milk if I know my shirt can come off in warm weather. :p

No I really dont follow his. Better suited to people that follow his program? Sure it works for some but a poll on if you eat red meat?? Sorry but this seems useless to me to have a yes or no poll on red meat. Dont find anything "interesting" about it. :rolleyes:
 
Of course. At least once a day. Nothing gives me the gains I get from beef.
 
My breakfast is eggs/toast and then I alternate 6-8 meals of whey/oats and steak/rice.

I noticed a huge difference in my physique when I started eating steak and fatty meats. Prior I was eating lean meats like egg whites and chicken and wondering why I wasn't over 200lbs. Salmon is practically a vegetable.

I'm not into organic meats just too pricey. I usually go to walmart pick up 1.5 kilos of steak and toss that on the bbq for 2 days worth of food. About 8oz per meal.

A good poll would be to plot a guys weight vs. how much steak he has. I guarantee you the steak eaters will be bigger stronger faster. I dunno if its the creatine or what.
