Has anyone talked about timed pre intra post workout carb only diet for "lean and big" gains? :D Good luck...
This is how guys gets BIG - timed and lots of carbs all day long

6 am- 12 oz 93/7 lean ground beef, 4 whole eggs, 1 cup grits (pre cooked)
8 am- 14 oz chicken, 14oz white potato, 1 cup broccoli, 1 tbsp olive oil
10 am- 3 scoop syntha 6, 1.5 cup oats, 1/4 cup walnuts
12 pm- 14 oz top sirloin, 14oz white pot, 1 cup asparagus, 1 tbsp oilve oil
2 pm- train quads
330 pm- post workout shake 100grams carbs/ 2 scoops syntha-6 isolate, 1 cup white rice
5 pm- 14 oz chicken, 14 oz sweet pot
7 pm- 14 oz top sirloin, 14 oz white pot, 1 cup asparagus, 1 tbsp olive oil
9 pm- train hams and glutes
1030 pm- same post workout shake w/ 1 cup of white rice
1130 pm- 14 oz chicken/ 14 oz sweet pot
sleep till 2 am
when I wake up to pee I have 2 scoops of syntha-6

That's close to 6lbs per day of meat alone. I'm glad I don't pay his grocery bill.

I'm missing how any of it is "timed"? Because he has a postworkout shake with carbs?

One needs to keep in mind that this is for an ecto that's 6'1" and 300lbs. He's also super lean, so he could deal with the carbs much better.

calculated 500g carbs from food 300g carbs from shakes, 6x90g protein from whole foods and 6 scoops syntha approx 700g protein, 3tbsp oo and 4 yolks with red meat and fat from chicken...probably 7-8000kcals

carbs are timed arround his breakfast, lunch, dinner and inbetween those meals and both workouts :cool::D
 
I have a hard time with 7 meals although mine are all with food and not mrp but i can only stuff 8-10 oz of chix or beef in a sitting 7 times a day and thats hard to maintain as you start to loathe eating your meals... 14oz of protein is huge by any standard at 6 times a day plus his shakes and carbs lol! More power to him!

800g carbs a day??? I would turn into a sumo wrestler on that many carbs no matter how much gh and tren i was on

The meat intake seems a little unbelievable. Carb intake id believe though. I can put away 500+g clean carbs in the few hours pwo. Spread out the whole day 800g def doable

If you have noticed, he only eats that amount on leg days... ahhhh, now it kind of makes sense...

That's all I have been able to internalize at this point... :D
 
dallas clearly states on md it's only an example of a leg day eating schedule, and other days his food intake is much less.
kind of an important fact to omit. it's funny, people will take sides one way or another without all the facts, then use the opportunity to bash each other.
it is entertaining tho.
