How do you get your tan?

Just curious on what tanning option you guys go for. Personally I am naturally quite dark.

When I used to compete, I would spray tan. I have never and will never tan outside or use tanning beds. As much as some people want to deny it, UV rays from tanning can cause skin cancer proven by research and studies.

Same here, a little MT2 and the tanning bed 1-2 times per month makes a dramatic difference. Just 10 mins on a low level bed is all I need. Look good - lift good, right?

MT2 and tanning bed or real sun when its warm, last summer I could spend all day on the lake and never burned...just got darker.

I am right with you bro, I am naturally dark " if you know what I mean" I did do the air brush tanning a couple times before a show, but its costly as heck!!!! It really helped under the lime light though. I cannot complain..

Spend my afternoons and wknds outside, I tan easily. Just a touch of mt2 and I change nationalities.

Yea I'm in Central Florida, beach and a little mt2 to get freaky deep tan. I love it when there's that line between my hand and palm. Get's really dark lol. I'll usually only tan my face for about 1/3 of the time the rest of my body gets it though. My face tends to get super dark as well as my lips.

I tan really easy but I am pretty conscience of the long term effects of the sun on my skin so I use MT2 with very moderate doses of sun. This tans me up pretty dark. Plus the Aussie sun is pretty full on this time of year

Sun, tanning bed and sometimes MT-2, I get way too dark from it... Almost never use dyes, I don't really need them even for shows... Maybe 1 coat, if that...
