Figured everyone usually asks this about someone anyways when they ask for advice, so why not just put it all here???? I know we have a members photo forum also, but if you wanna throw current pics up- fuck it put em in here too!

215lbs this morning on empty stomach

Diet:
8:00am: pin ghrp 2 and cjc
8:30am: 10iu novolog 70/30 with 100g Gatorade powder, 10g BCAA, 10g creatine, 10g Glutamine
9:15am: 10 egg whites, 4 slices white toast with jelly, 20 oz orange juice
12:00pm: 8oz turkey/ or roast beef on 2 slices ww bread, fruit, yogurt, 16 oz whole milk
3:00pm: protein shake, fruit
3:30pm: workout
4:30pm: pin ghrp 2 and cjc 1295
5:00pm: 10iu novolog 70/30, 100g Gatorade powder, 10g creatine, 10g glutamine, 10g BCAA
5:30pm: 10oz chicken or flank steak, 2 cups rice or sweet potatoe, veggie, RTD
9:00pm: pin ghrp2 cjc1295
9:30pm: protein smoothy
10:00pm: bed

Picture from this morning at 215lbs. Looking a little flat and holding a lot of water from the slin and peps. Ill be at around 220 by end of the day and looking fuller and dryer. Ill upload another pic tonight.
