Figured everyone usually asks this about someone anyways when they ask for advice, so why not just put it all here???? :) I know we have a members photo forum also, but if you wanna throw current pics up- fuck it put em in here too!

My stats:
28 years old
5'8" tall
215lbs this morning on empty stomach
11% bf

Diet:
8:00am: pin ghrp 2 and cjc
8:30am: 10iu novolog 70/30 with 100g Gatorade powder, 10g BCAA, 10g creatine, 10g Glutamine
9:15am: 10 egg whites, 4 slices white toast with jelly, 20 oz orange juice
12:00pm: 8oz turkey/ or roast beef on 2 slices ww bread, fruit, yogurt, 16 oz whole milk
3:00pm: protein shake, fruit
3:30pm: workout
4:30pm: pin ghrp 2 and cjc 1295
5:00pm: 10iu novolog 70/30, 100g Gatorade powder, 10g creatine, 10g glutamine, 10g BCAA
5:30pm: 10oz chicken or flank steak, 2 cups rice or sweet potatoe, veggie, RTD
9:00pm: pin ghrp2 cjc1295
9:30pm: protein smoothy
10:00pm: bed

Current supplements:
Optimum Nutrition 100% whey
Labrada BCAA powder

Picture from this morning at 215lbs. Looking a little flat and holding a lot of water from the slin and peps. Ill be at around 220 by end of the day and looking fuller and dryer. Ill upload another pic tonight.
 
I just don't have a huge appetite and when I'm on slin I try to keep my fats down as little as possible. I cycle slin 4 weeks on 4 weeks off, so when I come off ill throw in a lot of 80% lean ground beef, whole eggs, salmon, and pork.
 
What are your macros for the day? I'd post my diet but the foods always change, but mon/wed/fri the macros are: 2500 kcal, 220g protein, 300g carbs, 40-50g fat; tues/thurs/sat/sun: 1800 kcal, 220g pro, 60g carbs, 60-75g fats. Stats are 5'11" 200lb about 12% bf, cutting down a bit at the moment. All natural too.
 
24 6'2'' 210ish.

50p, 70c, 20f... 5 meals daily

375 deca, 375 test, 50mg dbol;)
 
They sit around
300-350g protein
500-550g carbs
70g fat

My foods change as well but that is a pretty solid outline of what I eat daily on slin. When off slin I eat whatever and whenever. Just as long as I get at least 300g protein in daily, I'll know that ill still get in enough carbs and fats to grow and keep energy levels high

Looking good bro. How have the peps worked for you?

They are working great! I'm usually a dedicated ergo customer, but I decided to try lab pe out. Really impressed.
I wouldn't say they are better than Phil's but they are right on par that's for sure!

I agree, but I'm fortunate to not put on fat very easy. I'm sure that'll change as I get older, but I'm gonna stuff my face while I can! Lol
I'm sure if I ate like that while on slin I'd be a blimp though! :D
The heaviest I've ever been was 240lbs at 16% bf. I'm trying to get there again but stay under 14%. So macros will slowly increase as bodyweight increases.
I also plan on adding Hgh back in with the peps at 8iu post workout. (Hygetropin)

Once a week carbs are doubled (on legs on back training days)

20mg dbol /day
100mcg T4/day
3.3iu Rips /day
Humalog (started with 4iu now using 8iu prew)

No. Last blood work I had done and my estro was just slightly elevated and that was on more gear then I'm running now.
Caber never worked for me and I'm not prone to prolactin sides anyways. (Except tren E, that makes me lactate like a nursing mother! :0) lol
I ran 1mg a week of pharm grade dostinex for 10 weeks while running tren E and still flared up. Tren a and deca I can handle without any sides though.

I'm the hungirest after workout and when doing humalog prew - I'm starving lol I drink shake carb/aminos chake during workout so pwo I need whole food, I've not tried but I'm sure I would get hypo after few hours of doing just shake pwo, even with whole food my blood sugar drops very low few hours after pwo meal. Log hits me pretty hard for some reason even 4-5 hours after injection

You're lucky then and judging from the pics doesn't look that you are holding lots of water knowing that you take peptides,dbol, 1+g test and deca with no AIs or DAs
 
24 y/o 5'8 226.8 this am.

-2 whole egg/ 250 ml of egg whites/ 1 cup instant oats
-50 g whey protein shake/2oz almonds(or 4oz. avocado & 1oz almonds)
-7 oz chicken/ 6.5 oz sweet potato
-50 g whey protein/ 70g.cream of wheat (post workout)
-8 oz x lean ground beef/ 8grams of olive oil/ 2 fish oil pills
-6 oz Chicken/ 12 g of olive oil/ .5 oz almonds OR 7.5 oz tuna/ 12 g of olive oil/ .5 oz almonds

Currently on 400mg test/ 600EQ per week.
also taking 12.5 mcg T3 ED, 0.25mg Exemestane 2 x week.

Competed at 203 in nov 2012
Trying to grow while staying as lean as possible right at the moment.

Meal 1: 18 eggwhites, 1 bag of white rice

Meal 2: 14oz chicken, 1 family bag of white rice

Meal 3: 13oz chicken, 1 bag white rice + 1 cup broccoli
