Greek Yogurt who eats it and how often!

Wanted to know who else here eats greek yogurt?
Do u eat it plain, mix it in a protein drink, or in certain foods.
I love mixing my 2-4 scoops of protein in 32 oz of oikos !
What flavor do you use the most often.? Or just plain.?

I eat Fage...plain or with agave or honey or real Vermont maple syrup...or I use a scoop of oreo cookie Quest protein powder.

Sometimes i'll get black cherry oikos, and mix it with optimum nutrition carmel toffee fudge protein. It taste like ben and jerrys ice cream. Think its called (cherry garcia).
Most of the time i use oikos triple zero vanilla. 32 oz. Has 88gr of protein alone and then add 50-100 gr. Of my protein powder. Great for on the go protein. Taste is awesome..
You get about 40gr of fiber also.

I buy one of those cases every week for my son.

Me, I'm not really choosy on brand.

I like to eat different ones to keep things fresh. Also depending on carb intake for the day.

Exactly , when you get into all the flavors is when the carbs(sugar) goes up.
Triple zero is pretty good. I think it was 6sugar for the strawberry i had last night.

I eat a triple zero everyday, sometimes 2 in a day, it is like a dessert to me, sometimes throw in some almonds and blueberries, generally I eat the vanilla flavor, I love almost anything coconut, but their coconut is so mild I don't get it anymore.

2 cups Fage 0% everyday

I take 2 cups put it in my blender with 1 cup strawberries 1 banana 2 scoops of super greens formula 3 tablespoons chia seeds blend till it gets liquid.

I love adding in a few slices of banana or pineapple and protein. Never tried super greens . its been on my list for some time.

I like to make tacos using ground bison and Ezekiel tortillas a few nights a week and I use plain Greek yogurt in place of sour cream. Tastes great.

My bed time meal is chobani greek yogurt, cottage cheese and a scoop of protein powder with a table spoon of macadamia nut oil for extra fats. protein overload!!

I like it, I don't eat much veggies and I notice it helps with digestion and I get a lot of micro nutrients from it I wouldn't normally get


I forgot about pineapple I love fresh pineapple as well. Probably my favorite fruit

The Fage 2% is so much better than any other Greek yogurt I literally can't eat any others.

I'll get several tubs a week, take half of one and throw in a scoop of vanilla protein, raspberries, blueberries, granola and pistachios. That's my go to post workout meal of late.
