Hey guys... hope you can follow along with me on my journey to compete in Nov 2017 at the Midwest Gladiator show in Chicago. This will obviously be a long log, sometimes detailed sometimes checking in. I want to thank Viking Labs for sponsoring me. Being that I never competed before and it will be a tough road, he still had confidence in me to get it done. I will be doing labs about every 6-8 weeks more so for health reasons but will also show the legitimacy of the products.
Gear Sustanon 325 pinned 2x a week 2/3 of cc equal to 436 mg/week
Deca 300 mg a week split
Eq 600 mg/week split 2x
Dbol will add last 4 weeks of cycle
Aromasin every 3 days
Cialis 10mg/day
The cycle will last 12 weeks dropping the deca at week 10 and dropping the test back to TRT level 150mg/week after week 10 as well and keeping the Eq all 12.
Diet is good except for the last 2 weeks I ate pretty shitty but thankfully theHolidays are over. I am currently 178lbs. On my last run I got to 185 with 12% BF.
Goals 200 lbs keep BF no higher than 13. I can lean out later in spring, summer. I am no nonsense about this, won't filter pictures, won't fluff it up and will tell it like it is. My wife is finally on board with the idea, she has been the biggest skeptic about it and finally has come around a little bit and I have her blessing. That's really all I needed. I don't have too many distractions, I am retired so I don't have to worry about work. My work is going to the gym and eating right. I am continuing my education though. By Dec 2017 I will have my bachelors in health and nutrition. I am continuing school through the VA program called Voc Rehab. I will finish school and get my NASM certificate his summer. I plan to be a PT or a nutritionist. I will put progress pics up and I will tell you I will be very nervous come fall to go on the stage but it is something I need to do for myself. Feeling sorry for myself because I got shot and injured in service is Bullshit and I want to put all that behind me and start his new journey.

Today I did some chest and triceps
Flys 3/15 90 lbs
Rear delts same
ISO bench 15,12,10,8,5 up to 225
Dumbbell flat 4/10 with 70lbs
Smith incline same thing as bench
Tricep rope pull downs 15,12,10, 6
And reverse grip tricep pull downs focused more on holding for 5 seconds after each rep until my arms were complete mush.
Haven't started the gear yet, just doing my 100mg a week TRT, hopefully my goodies will come soon. Tomorrow I am resting, just did my 3rd day in a row and body is telling me to take a day off

That's what I was torn on myself. Some recommended last 4 some didn't. I was originally going to go with 25mg a day. I think that will be plenty for me since I've never done an oral before. I trust your advice so I will move that up. I have liver support stuff already so I will be taking that coinciding with my dose. Just worried about it affecting my eating. But I guess I don't know until I've tried[emoji16] Thanks Tenny!

Would go with Tenny start off with the d bol...I know I mess with Tenny a lot,vut he's an awesome guy and trainer it's just for fun and games...

Can I give an observational opinion? I would take the Aromasin EVERYDAY not every 3rd as it has A VERY SHORT HALF-LIFE. Just don't want you running into that problem.

Did legs today... I felt like shit, my back was a little sore, didn't expect much at the gym today....However I felt... like a fucking beast... totally surprising... just had that attitude at the gym today... today was high volume
seated leg press 5x15 180
Squats 5x15 185
Leg press 10 plates 4x25
Standing calve raises 4x25 400
SLDL 3 x20 135
Cardio 1/2 hour
I expect this to last as maybe my TRT doses are finally taking effect as I was off everything for 6 weeks.

Today was back and biceps and abs
Starting to feel more like myself.
Really killed the biceps today... started at 35 and went to 87.5 on the machine in sets of 5 then started a drop set at 42.5 x10 and went down to 10 lbs.
then did 4x10 arm curls
Tomorrow is chest and triceps and cardio

Army listen brother, go ahead and put that shit behind you. I feel you tho. I was army and wounded by a roadside bomb. Almost lost an arm. Long road back to now. F**ks with my motivation to this day. I believe in ya man. Ill be following your log. Charlie Mike brother!
 
Today was chest and triceps... I did machines instead of be actual barbell bench and incline etc. Bench started at 2 plates and worked up 4 plates and 2 25s
Wide grip started at 2 plates and worked up to 6.
Incline started at 2 plates and worked up to 4 and 2 10s
Rear delts 3x15
Triceps- rope pull down started at 40 moved to 70... did these very slowly and the last rep held it for a 10 count. Then did dropseta at 40 to 20 10 each and held the last one as long as I could.
Cardio 20 min
Tomorrow off and possibly Tuesday ... my lower back is starting no hurt more and more

Leg day today
First off I tried a friends dbol for the first time while I'm waiting for mine to come in. Took 30 mg about an hour before workout. Also took Vicaine pre workout. Today was a little different for me in the gym. I was definitely more talkative than usual and just had a good overall badass feeling. Confidence in every facet so to speak. The only downside was I was doing a little too much talking and I was doin my workout for almost 2 hours when it usually is done in an hour and 15. Felt like a beast though.
Prone leg curls 5x15 @130
Smith squats 4x15 225 or 4 plates total
Standing calf raises 4x25 @250
Seated leg press 10 plates total 4x25
Abs
Still feel a little jacked like I could do more but I have to pick my kid up from preschool, but I could see myself doing another body part, I have that much more energy and still feel strong

Today was back and biceps no change in workout however I am going to start a new set of routines starting Saturday.
Was a quick workout, did everything in one hour. I have my kid at the gym o Wednesdays if I go so I need to be quick.
Smith deads 5x12 progress up to 275
Pull ups 4x10
Cable rows 5x12 140
Back extension 4x25
Standing cable bicep curls sets of 5 from 35 to 90. Then drop sets of 10 from 42.5 to 10 or failure
Arm curls 4x10 50 lbs

Started my new diet yesterday and my workout today.
Today was chest
Barbell bench 135x15 185x10 225x8 245x6
Incline 135x15 175x10 185x10 205x6
Skull crushers 3x12 55 60 65
Dumbbell flys 4x12 60
Cable crossovers 3x15
Machine bench 4x10 up to 6 plates total for 5
Diet is for the most part this
1.5 cups liquid egg whites, oatmeal w banana, 1 piece Ezekiel bread
Pre workout drink
2 scoops protein powder with BCAAs post workout
Meal 2: 7 oz chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli, 1 small baked potato with grass fed butter
Meal 3: 7 oz lean sirloin, 1 cup rice, 10 roasted almonds
Meal 4: 7 oz turkey breast 1.5 cups of lettuce
Meal 5:lean white fish or chicken breast, a green vegetable and another cup of rice
Meal 6: 1 cup liquid egg whites, rice cake with peanut butter and an apple
It seemed like a lot to me at first but they are all medium portions and at least yesterday and so far today they are the perfect size portions

Leg day today... really wore me out... doing a different workout program and it is kicking my ass.

Leg press 4x15 12 12 8 8 plates, 12, 12 and 14 for the final set
Smith squats same as above but 135, 225,225, 275
StAnding barbell lunges 3x10 each leg 135, 155, 185
Standing calf raises 4x15 230
Seated calf raise 4x15 4 plates total
Lying leg curls 4x15 120
Prone leg curls 4x15 120
StNding one leg curls 3x10 each leg
Legs are toast as of right now
Here is a pic before workout today... looking ok but I need to start building some more lean muscle which will come with a few months of hard work and diet on point again

Thank you everybody who gave me some words of encouragement yesterday it really means a lot. Didn't fall off the wagon at all and in all honesty I just need my family and the outside distractions aren't going to stop me from my goal.
Today was shoulders.. definitely one of my weaker areas. I did everything some was real low weight, still baby the R shoulder

I was there for 2 1/2 hours... 1/2 hour was fucking around talking to a chiropractor, but yeah definitely will be the longest one of the week. I need tons of work on my legs so that is getting the most attention right now! Today's shoulder workout only took a little over an hour and then I did cardio for a half hour.
