Dave Henry is a good buddy of mine. He's ACTIVE DUTY military (air force) and uses no contest "guru". He is a strict and devout beverly international user. At the 2002 Nationals, stage weight was 167. At yesterday's Ironman, he weighed in at 187. Dave came in 6th place (ahead of several well-known and veteran competitors.

Most of his dieting is done solo, but he may elicit advice from the folks at beverly and occasionally homonunculus.

I don't want to get into a pissing match but apparently you haven't spoken to him since he contacted me about 5 days ago.

I will not be doing his full prep but the last couple weeks to dial in.

The neck

Ok, only way to get a neck like that is wrestling or football, MAYBE tons of deads and neck work, but usually that wide of a neck is an adaptation to the sport. He is a monster and I LOVE that look.
