Day 1 front load: Just took 2 capsule 500mg at once. Today is keto day still no carbs introduce yet. and tmr keto until late around 6pm i will spike the insulin and do a 250g carb in 1 meal Baskeronline Protocol This time will keep potassium high and water high so i want hold so much water and can see results faster and no cheating what so ever no matter how tough it will be. looking to get the best out of the diet. Question and suggestions are welcome ;)

Yes have done 1 dnp cycle before but eating not so clean and was just
testing it if you can eat shit and still lose fat. now its serious and precontest dieting 👍

Following.Diet looks good.I made the mistake of having a cheat day on my last dnp run.Man i paid for it,the sweating was unbearable and just my luck it was in the nighties here in the valley that day!If you are going to suffer might as well make it worthwhile on the diet.Good luck

have some left over myself. Maybe mine were underdosed too. since I didn't get the crazy sides everyone mentioned. but gonna do the same and run out the remaining of my batch when I get back from Vacay. Ill keep up with this to see what you get out of it

yeah he retire after he send me the last batch that he made underdosed.
you use dinitros cap to? exactly people are swimming in sweat on 400mg i was at 1000mg and was not swimming either i am super tolerant to dnp or its just underdosed.

Kastro: Thnx yeah may as well super as much as possible and get best results from it getting from 12-10% is easy but getting from 8-6% is a whole different game. I had 2 cheat days followed by binges now and then and lost 1kg so lets see when i am 110% doing my contest diet and see the results

Update day 1: Had a good leg workout followed by 40min cardio nothing major but maybe a slight 5% increase in temperature then normal probably placebo.
Post workout meal now 6 egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 20g whey protein make a protein pancake love them on keto :love::love:

Everytime I see someone make a big deal out if incorporating primrose, I wonder if they are (or have been) coached by Shelby because that is one of his things that stood out to me.

Don't know who shelby is the reason i use primrose evening oil is to get my omega 6 they are as important as omega 3 ;)
 
yea, was taking 500 of dinos and it wasn't till about the 9th day where I was sweating in a air conditioned meeting, but nothing outrageous. I live in Miami so I would've expected to die of heat exhaustion. Hell, I even went to the sandbar in a boat the second week and really wasn't to crazy.

good luck with yours. gonna run my last 30 soon

Yeah crazy i was at 1000mg last 4 capsule in a 24 hour period i sat in the cinema and gorge 2 big boxes of caramel popcorn and not a drop sweat came very weird...

I will take the tabbs all at once this time 2 caps per day late around 7.30 everyday. I think 250mg won't do me nothing especially when i am already very lean. Thnx buddy
