Bp issues

Would like some advice , a friend of mine suffers genetic high bp,he does not take aas etc ,he is not overweight ,he does train ,mainly cardio,but the bp is so bad he has capillieries burstinh all over and constant nosebleeds .

He is on meds, i know we live in a world where bp is of a major concern to us, what advice can i offer him to try get it under some sort of control ?

Well it sounds like he's already doing his cardio which is good. Does he supplement with fish oils, or take a baby aspirin? These both help out in most cases

I always found grape seed extra to help with my blood pressure. I was actually taking too much and had it go under 100 once or twice.

It may take a while to find the right combo of meds......get the pressure normal, thats what needs to be done. It needs to be meds and diet and exercise........

I'm afraid that there won't be much advice available due to your friends circumstance...It's genetic, he doesn't use AAS, he's not overweight...I'm assuming he follows a strict diet? Phil is right, this is something that he needs to work out with his doctors! Your friend needs really stay on his doctors and let them when certain regiments aren't working!! The worst thing he could do is just keep quiet and try to live with it. Best of luck to him!! Let us know if finds some true help and relief!!
