Anyone try Hair Food from VitaMan?

At the beginning of Fall, I want to re-try growing my hair out. The back and crowns go fine, but the top of my head to do not. Anyone have experience with this product, if so how was it? How much ML did you use? And how often did you use it?

And any other advice?

ok despite me bitching about the shipping charge, stuff got here quick and I have been using it after shower to style hair,
I and the wife like the smell of it and seems to be a way to keep those nutrients on my scalp all day.

Good combo you got going. have you had any regrowth?

I have been using stemoxcyde 5% (bought off amazon) in the evening and Nizoral cream and hair food in the morning right after a shower while my hair is still wet and leave it on all day (but i rinse it out before the stemoxcyde)

I have noticed my hair is thicker and looks a lot better.

I get sides form propecia so stopped using it. I used rogaine 15% before and it worked but after a few years it lost its effectiveness.

I am going to add in EMU and castor oils at some point. I have read that some guys had some frontal regrowth from it.

I have from something, I could see little hairs grow in on crown and in back, so one of the combo is working.


so far protocol is doing ok, just hard to believe that at 40 years old and been on gear for 14 years straight with just now seeing hair thinning.

I haven't had any side effects from the duta, just on hrtish test and don't have any ED or loss of drive.

here is a study on nizoral cream and regrowth with pics. put on a wet head and left on for at least 15 minutes. I usually put about a nickel size dose it on after a shower and leave it on all day, rinsing it out in evening before putting stemoxcyde. I do the niz and stem about 5 times a week. the other two days I use nothing on my head

Once a week I put scalpicin on my head, its supposed to help with scalp inflammation.

The stemoxcide is expensive but its one of the better things I have used. I have read that guys split one days dose over two days thereby making it last twice as long.

i bought it 2.5 weeks ago and have only used about 4 vials. there are 30 vials. yesterday i started using a half vial and I plan on going up to a one vial a day soon which is what is recommended.

my scalp gets saturated after about 1/3 a vial so I figured that was enough. But now I wait for the scalp to dry after the first dose and then put some more on. I am going to try and follow the recommended daily dose. I was really close to getting a hair transplant to fill in my hair line but if this works as it claims to I might not have to

Whats the best products to use these days to help grow the hair quicker...i have no problem with it thinning or losing hair...my hairs fine...just want it to grow quicker
