Does this happen to you everytime you shower ?

Everytime I wash my head, I see a lot of hair thin on my hands... this has been happening for 3 months but looks like the hair grows back right away ???

I don't even look like I'm losing hair but it does happen in the shower which I don't care as long as I'm not going bald

but curious if this happens to you guys ? and you still have hair

Do you wear a hat, or gel you hair often?

If your growing hair back, it seems like your hair is braking from damage.

Are you under a load of stress at the moment? what's your diet like?

I would recommend taking some vitamin B, and a mix of other milti V's.. You may want to check the diet too.

Take it from there.. If this don't help, then next step would be creams..

Keep in mind though, that we all lose hair daily, and as we get older it will fall out, and can/will grow back, but it can just fall out much easier, as are bodies don't brake down proteins and vitamins as well as we are when we're young, causing like a malnutrition if you will, although that's not really the case, but it's the best way to sum it up in words!

I have had a shaved head since I was 20, so I never noticed any hair. Now at 29, I decided to grow a 70's mop to look like the golden age guys like Arnold and Franco, haha. Ever since it has grown out, I notice it in my hands like you describe.
I asked my girl's stylist friend, and she said it is perfectly normal, that hair is constantly falling out as new hair grows in.

Kind of strange..the weird part it keeps coming back. Count your blessings most guys dont get lucky like that when they shed it....its gone!!!

well i know it's normal to lose up to 70 hairs a day for guys...

I feel like when on gh my hair sheds more but it grows much faster also so I don't notice a loss.

Asked my doctor about my hair loss. He said if the hair root is dark, then the hair will not regrow. If it is light/whiteish color, it will regrow.
