You have a decent base. You're just a little "relaxed" in your diet. You're just going to run a ton of DNP and get shredded for summer, super easy. Just tightening that ab wall would make for a better "after" pic. I thought this was a competition for the fatties and people who were truly starting from square one.

You have the knowledge (DNP history) and foundation to turn that around and be tight and dry fast. These other people don't. You're like 8 weeks of low carb and a DNP run away from being the best looking one so far. It's like taking candy from a baby.

but it's not about being the best-looking one, it's about who has the craziest transformation.




the chubs are the ones who have the advantage, they could lose 80-100 pounds in 3 months...which would translate to a far more dramatic transformation than I could create in even double that time period.

Ya, all depends how it's judged I guess. Tubby guy drops 80lbs and looks way different, but still looks like a pile of shit. Winner winner, chicken dinner?

150mg tren A/week

12.5mg aromasin ED
1.25mg Letro EOD

5mg Linsinopril 2x/day
10iu Novalin R 45min pre-workout


Diet:

Training Days

Pre-workout meals 1 and 2 60g protein, 50g carbs

Peri-workout 10g EAAs + 50g Gatorade

Post-workout meals 1 and 2 60g protein, 50g carbs

3 other meals: 60g protein 20g fat




Training (every other day)

day 1: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
day 2: Back/Biceps
day 3: legs

supersetted with

quad extension
6 sets of 15 with 130lb



GLUTES
Thigh abduction machine (booty)
4 sets of 10 reps with stack + 25lbs

Hack Squat SLDL
3 sets of 10 with 3pps


HAMSTRINGS
Lying ham curl
6 sets of 10 with 150lbs

supersetted with

seated ham curls
6 sets of 10 with 120lbs
