Huge thank you to Viking and UKgear for helping me with this meet prep and retain my win of the shw classic raw division. Last year with his help I was able to win my class with a 1780 total despite a rough back injury sustained 6 weeks out.
My training has since changed and I've increased my frequency and volume and plan to stay away from singles until 4 weeks out of the meet in April.
While talking to a few training partners and friends and advisors it was decided that 310 was too small for a guy my height of 6'3. I'm currently 320, not by any means lean, but not sloppy for a shw powerlifter. Ed Coan told me I need to be 350 or so to optimize leverages. If I can get to 340 without getting fatter than I am now by the meet, I know that will help my strength greatly.
As far as my cycle goes, I'll be running Test and Deca throughout, with periods of dbol and either Anadrol or Superdrol to help me peak.
I go in to the gym for some squats. I'll post my workout when I'm through.
