Hey guys, was a long time active member under the name Bonebz on another forum. Been a member for a while here as well. Decided to start a log on here. I had a serious leg injury to my right leg and stopped training for a while....did lots of drinking during that time as well. It's been almost a year so I figured it's time to rock and roll.
Little background - i am 30.I've been competing since 2012. Started weight training at age 21. Always been a top 5 competitor. Always needed more size however but I out pose most people so I did fairly well. First show I was 165.5lbs, last I was 186. I did my own prep for first few shows but used a coach (personal friend & gym/supp company owner) last 2 shows. I am about to start seriously dieting and training again in a few days when my new coach - who is also a friend, but has a great track record on the national level - and his guys win overalls - sends me the plan.
Goal is a solid one year of off season. I refuse to step on stage until an overall is realistic.
I'll post more once I'm at a computer but just wanted to get the thread started.
