I started working out pretty intensely last year knowing i would be playing collegiate Rugby this year. I was 5 ft. 6. 117 pounds. I am currently at 143 pounds, 12% bf. I am 20 years old. I eat as healthy as i can 4 times a day. Ive been on protein..creatine...a50..aHD...Solid....1mr...p6... etc.
they have either not worked at all or ive sen very small gains.
I was thinking about doing winstrol
or should i start lower and work my way up. any input?
