I started working out pretty intensely last year knowing i would be playing collegiate Rugby this year. I was 5 ft. 6. 117 pounds. I am currently at 143 pounds, 12% bf. I am 20 years old. I eat as healthy as i can 4 times a day. Ive been on protein..creatine...a50..aHD...Solid....1mr...p6... etc.
they have either not worked at all or ive sen very small gains.

I was thinking about doing winstrol
or should i start lower and work my way up. any input?

The age doesn't really bother me but at 143 lb your not ready for steroids. Untill you know how to gain naturally steroids will be a big disappointment for you. You're diet and possibly your training are lacking. You'd be better off spending that money hiring one of our trainers, be it Phill , shelby, John meadows who ever. No offense ment mate just keeping it real

Yea I understand about the weight being sort of an issue, I was 115ish pounds and had a bird chest before i started -__- But I am not planning on completely marinating my body in the stuff. I know its a risk factor and I have to start on very low dosages. I gained almost 40 pounds and for a guy my size/height that is a MAJOR accomplishment. My chest went from 33 in to 41 and my biceps from 11 to 15 inches. I'm still a small guy by height. But i play a very competitive sport and I want to see more gains.

I wouldve never thought of juicing or anything until i started competing. Im a Physical Therapy major and I follow a very strict diet.

I train Mon, Wed, Fri and cardio Tues, Thurs mornings rotating on 3 different 4 week routines.

I am on the field practicing Tuesday, Thursday, Friday evenings
and compete on Saturdays

The reason why I wanted to start juicing or even doing orals is because I feel like I've done everything right and I am not seeing many results as I did in the earlier days that I worked out. I have a nutrition dieting plan that complements my complete work out regime.

I am currently on Promasil Protein, A-HD, Solid, and NO2 Red.

Well I can tell you right now you will need a diet change. 3-4k calories per day.
You want to gain muscle but you have to feed yourself.
 
wait a few years at least til 25 get the most out of your body's natural potential and then consider AAS. Also as a college athlete are you not subject to being tested?
 
Your only eating 4 times a day. There's the problem right there. You should be eating more. 5-6 solid meals a day. 20 is too young.

Thanks for the input. I guess ill be spending my extra money on food rather. lol. At the moment Rugby is not a varsity sport until next year. We are waiting for other schools to fulfill requirements into NC DII southern conference. So I would not get tested until next year.
