Hey guys... hope you can follow along with me on my journey to compete in Nov 2017 at the Midwest Gladiator show in Chicago. This will obviously be a long log, sometimes detailed sometimes checking in. I want to thank Viking Labs for sponsoring me. Being that I never competed before and it will be a tough road, he still had confidence in me to get it done. I will be doing labs about every 6-8 weeks more so for health reasons but will also show the legitimacy of the products.
Gear Sustanon 325 pinned 2x a week 2/3 of cc equal to 436 mg/week
Deca 300 mg a week split
Eq 600 mg/week split 2x
Dbol will add last 4 weeks of cycle
Aromasin every 3 days
Cialis 10mg/day
The cycle will last 12 weeks dropping the deca at week 10 and dropping the test back to TRT level 150mg/week after week 10 as well and keeping the Eq all 12.
Diet is good except for the last 2 weeks I ate pretty shitty but thankfully theHolidays are over. I am currently 178lbs. On my last run I got to 185 with 12% BF.
Goals 200 lbs keep BF no higher than 13. I can lean out later in spring, summer. I am no nonsense about this, won't filter pictures, won't fluff it up and will tell it like it is. My wife is finally on board with the idea, she has been the biggest skeptic about it and finally has come around a little bit and I have her blessing. That's really all I needed. I don't have too many distractions, I am retired so I don't have to worry about work. My work is going to the gym and eating right. I am continuing my education though. By Dec 2017 I will have my bachelors in health and nutrition. I am continuing school through the VA program called Voc Rehab. I will finish school and get my NASM certificate his summer. I plan to be a PT or a nutritionist. I will put progress pics up and I will tell you I will be very nervous come fall to go on the stage but it is something I need to do for myself. Feeling sorry for myself because I got shot and injured in service is Bullshit and I want to put all that behind me and start his new journey.
